“The Holocaust” is an ideological representation of the Nazi holocaust. Like most ideologies, it bears a connection, if tenuous, with reality. The Holocaust is not an arbitrary but rather an internally coherent construct. Its central dogmas sustain significant political and class interests. Indeed, The Holocaust has proven to be an indispensable ideological weapon. Through its deployment, one of the world’s most formidable military powers, with a horrendous human rights record, has cast itself as a “victim” state, and the most successful ethnic group in the United States has likewise acquired victim status. Considerable dividends accrue from this specious victimhood – in particular, immunity to criticism, however justified. Those enjoying this immunity, I might add, have not escaped the moral corruptions that typically attend it. From this perspective, Elie Wiesel’s performance as official interpreter of The Holocaust is not happenstance. Plainly he did not come to this position on account of his humanitarian commitments or literary talents. Rather, Wiesel plays this leading role because he unerringly articulates the dogmas of, and accordingly sustains the interests underpinning, The Holocaust

read Finkelstein’s The Holocaust Industry. in it he argues that, in the years and decades after the Holocaust, the Holocaust didn’t figure much into the lives of Jews. there was no ‘Holocaust Studies’ majors, there was barely any scholarship on the Holocaust. it was only after upholding the state of Israel became necessary for US geopolitical interests that an entire Holocaust Industry sprung up and the reason it gets so much attention.

Anti-semitism had been rife across Europe for centuries, pogroms and all that, but what elevated it to industrial scale genocide was Cultural Bolshevism, a Nazi propaganda insinuating that Jews were the root cause behind the ideas of Bolshevism. Accordingly, Jews were an integral part of socialism, and so naturally, the only solution to extinguish the idea of Communism (Bolshevism) would be to exterminate all Jews.

There is a reason why Martin Niemoller’s famous poem started with “first they came for the Communists”, then the Socialists, then the trade unionists, and then the Jews.

By “whitewashing” the anti-communist goal of fascism into “simply” ethnic genocide, the US empire would carry on with the goals of fascism after the defeat of Nazism in 1945.

The East European victims of the Holocaust became the enemy under the banner of Communism, and the contradiction between the “resistance” to Communism also participating in the Holocaust had to be resolved in various ways such as double genocide and minimizing the victims. Same with China to an extent, as Japan became a US occupied outpost in Asia.

Zionism was also an ongoing political movement and project since at least half a century back by that point, and one which was deliberately designed so that it had political and strategy utility for western imperialism, giving a country to the Roma would not give such utility to those nations and in some way you also have to then resolve the fact that one genocided diaspora was given a country and another genocided diaspora was given absolutely nothing.
