I know Plex has an IPTV plugin that can play .m3u playlists, but I haven’t personally tried it. Just from browsing forum posts, it looks like the plug-in maintains a list of officially supported channels, and channels outside of that list may not work properly. So at best, your results could be mixed. But it may be worth giving it a shot. I’ll probably dig into it some more this weekend, once I actually have time to sit down at my computer and install the plug-in.
