I came across a post by Reddit user emveetu of flickering UAP found in the MUFON database. I have seen quite a few of these in there myself, so I wanted to find and compile examples that I’ve seen. The lights tend to flicker reminiscent to fireflies, however they tend to move in straight lines or darting across the sky. The first sighting is courtesy of emveetu’s post, while the remainder are ones that I have found. Long Description: Hi, I’m Garam Kim, a writer over at SBS(Seoul Broadcasting System) Broadcasting Company in South Korea.
We’ve received a report of a UFO sighting at our broadcasting station, and we’ve made various attempts to confirm whether this object is indeed a UFO. However, we were unable to determine its nature.
Consequently, we have reached out here for assistance.

The following eyewitness details are the information reported to the Korean broadcasting company, SBS.
At first, I witnessed a UFO inside my house. There were two brightly shining elliptical objects. I have seen airplanes passing by frequently, but this didn’t look like the usual airplanes. I thought it was nothing special, but 15 minutes later, I went out into the yard, and a neighbor lady shouted, “What is that?” When I looked up at the sky, there were still two objects floating in the sky. Suddenly, the lights disappeared, and then they reappeared next to another glowing object. They continued to blink and move before disappearing. There was no sound, and there have been no military exercises with flares or anything of the sort in the vicinity.
We even launched fireworks into the sky, but the flying pattern and the way the lights blinked were completely different from those objects. We also tried flying drones, but it was impossible for drones to move and disappear that quickly. Moreover, it’s not allowed to fly drones in this area during the evening hours. We attempted various methods to replicate a similar shape and behavior, but we couldn’t recreate the flying pattern and glowing objects seen in the footage. We also consulted with video analysis experts, but there were no signs of manipulation or editing, and they found it difficult to determine the identity of these objects. Therefore, I decided to seek assistance here.

Long Description: I couldn’t count all of the lights because they flashed and moved too quickly. Seemed to be a swarm of fireflies. Elevation was steady but moved as a group quickly. They moved from straight west to straight south then east about 1 minute. I couldn’t catch the entire path since my house was in the way on the east side

Short Description: Saw firefly pulsing lights around 5:15 PM for 20 minutes hovering in the sky in Sugar Land Tx, took a few videos.

Long Description: Around 5:15PM Oct 23 2017 in Sugar Land Tx I saw something I thought was an approaching plane, but as I watched it I noticed pulsing very bright white lights. It didn’t come over head like most plane but it hovered off in the distance all the while with white pulsing lights, almost like a fireflies. A plane will reflect the sun back and stay consistently the same hue; these lights would pulse and sometimes split into 2 lights and then go back. I compared other planes and helicopters and all of those have red lights but these were very bright white. I have 4 or 5 videos of the sighting. It made no sound, there is some back ground noise in my videos that are not related to the lights. I am not sure it wasn’t some kind of drone but those kind of pulsing lights would have to be very bright and not at all “street legal”. I lost sight just over the top of a neighbors house of it as it hovered and pulsed away.

Short Description: This is the second sighting in the last few weeks.
Location of Event: Colorado city , CO, US
Long Description: This is the second sighing in a few weeks at our home. A few weeks ago we saw military planes around 11pm at night chasing multiple lights in the sky. I plan to submit that video as well.
This specific sighting my wife first noticed. When she told me to come outside, we could instantly see what I would describe as a dozen firefly bugs blinking in the sky. They all seemed to go in the same direction but took different routes to get there.
