There’s apparently two config.ini files you need to edit. The text to edit is:
sub_channel=0
Change it to:
sub_channel=3
This file is located in:
/home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/LONG_NUMBER/pfx/drive_c/Program Files/Genshin Impact/ folder and similar file in /Genshin Impact game/
I’ve never tried this game before but figured I’d try to help after searching around. Curious to see if that works for you.
nope, didn’t fix it. running the launcher exe directly works, but launching the game just freezes the whole screen
