My dream is to live within walking distance of a body of water that attracts water fowl.

I tried a single line drawing (without lifting the pen from the paper) but I felt like it needed more detail.

I agree, geese are fun. I have them around our neighborhood (no pond though) and watching them fly and land is like watching glitchy videogame birds land.

That’s the funniest description I’ve ever seen of geese, those hell-fowl.

You can have my condo. Tiny as hell (900 sq ft) and only 2 bedrooms, but you’re 100 ft away from a lake that has these exact birds. Ducks and geese too. $375k and it’s yours. Cash or crypto only. Also you have to move to Arizona.

Wish I could take the credit, but my girlfriend’s parents helped. Also managed to snag it at $150K below market, which helped even more.

I’m a millennial; no way I’d ever be able to afford the down-payment on my own. I am incredibly thankful for the assistance.

Yep that’s the only catch. It may be 100°F+ outside for 5 months of the year, but at least we’re a blue state now. We also have weed and guns! :D

But yeah if I wasn’t born here I’d never move to this state.

Okay I thought it was a profile and the lake shore was a cutaway view of a water-filled hole. It took me longer than I’d care to admit that I was, in fact, stupid.
