I just wanted to take a moment to thank the Pop!_OS team for all the hard work on both COSMIC and the OS in general. As a software developer, I understand what your team is taking on is a huge undertaking, and I appreciate all the updates and look forward to using COSMIC!

The new version of COSMIC is looking great! System76 is putting some fantastic work into it, and really quickly too!
Question though, is the first image in the blog post (under “Swap mode for tiled windows”) supposed to be animated? It has a gif extension, but it just seems to be a static image for me in Firefox.
Yes, it’s supposed to be animated. I saw it animating earlier today. However, I can no longer see an animation (Firefox and Chromium both tested). Strange!
I love the direction of COSMIC development! I actually hope it will be the first DE to replace tilling window managers for me.
When are they expected to release?
