yeah, there are a lot of benefits, pretty privilege is real. the down side is all the stalking and harassment and racism. to being seen I mean. its great for organizing, everyone wants to talk to you. people tell me I should run for office all the time lol all the while im saying communist stuff (i know they wouldnt listen is i wasnt attractive, ive been unattractive). also theres the gender stuff. so inconvenient, getting in between me and being a hot girl. but yeah it has up and downs but one day ill no longer be valued for my looks and the only thing that makes people be nice to me will go away.
I’m so paranoid about being stalked after finding dudes following or harassing me at the grocery store like 4 times. Actually now that I think of it it’s more like 10 times People really underestimate how much being prettyish can put a target on your back, my life has been a nightmare and I have brutal PTSD from bad stuff happening to me constantly from creeps.
