I have moved a similar number of times for similar reasons. That didn’t make me hate all landlords. Just like having a bad experience with a couple doctors hasn’t made me hate all doctors.

I think the issue here is seeing millions of people as a single group or class, instead of what they are… individuals. Each of those individuals has their own motivations, actions, and reasons behind what they do. Some of those people are dick heads, and some of them are great. Most are somewhere in the middle.
