Even worse, 33% of American students are in the bottom THIRD! And, this one is harder to believe and I haven’t checked the studies myself, but I heard (from a highly placed, confidential source in the DOE), that OVER 50% of students make up more than half of the bottom of the bell curve. Insane! Privatize education NOW!

He is legitimately the representative for California’s 54th district. It should be noted, however, that there are only 52 districts in the state.
