    Yeah, this is extremely dumb and unprofessional. Even if you’re a chud who hates trans people a hosting company that’s willing to take down customer services based on a single tweet from some dipshit isn’t one you can trust. The only acceptable response (even more acceptable is to just ignore) would be to direct them to the abuse contact email and leave it there.
