I hope the Tits win. As a Dolphins fan, I love that Tannehill had some success with y’all, but he’s looking cooked so far this year outside of that long pass to Burks

Herbert is such an annoying little shit. He’s the embodiment of the 3rd place podium meme.

Could there be subcomments automatically added to this thread for each game that we can reply to instead of the root thread? I.e. “Packers vs Falcons @ 1pm ET”, etc?

I feel like this thread is quickly going to become a mess without proper context.

Last week everyone was up in arms about the separate threads because we didn’t have many people in here. This week I bet it’s the exact opposite and we get too many in one thread. Mods can’t win 😄

I understand the reasoning to switch to a single thread, the problem is that unless commenters explicitly provide context for each comment they make, no one is going to know which game they’re reacting to.

Oh yeah I get you, it’s just typical that activity would pick up the week they go with the “not many people” option. Guess we’ll see 😄

I, for one, would rather have a game thread that has one comment rather than a Sunday thread I have to sift through to find it. But I’m just happy to have a place for discussion.

You just knew the Cards were going to literally hand this game over like some insistent beggar that won’t take no for an answer.

I’d say Cousins is a decently average QB that peaks top 10 sometimes. Jimmy is a below average QB that was heavily boosted to peak ever so slightly above average by an insane run game, offensive scheme, insane YAC options, and a top 5 defense to keep him in games. Jimmy is also a turnover machine and gets hurt if you so much as look at him sideways. Honestly, if Niners went any other way at QB 6 years ago they have 1 SB win if not 2… they should have moved on from him after his ACL and never looked back.

Cousins is my cutoff for acceptable starting QB. He’s consistently average to above average, with a few flashes of brilliance. He won’t win you more than 1-2 games a year by himself, but he also won’t lose more than 1-2 games a year on his own. Jimmy G has been similar but a step lower for most of his career. Consistently average to slightly below average, with a few flashes of good. Absolute garbage so far this year.

Right. It’s coming up my bedtime (UK fan problems) and I’m sick so can’t stay up late. Cheers for the company tonight folks, been fun, keep it up and we’ll have these threads popping off by the end of the season 😎

That first quarter delay of game to put the Packers out of field goal range really came back to bite them in the ass

I know you’re being sarcastic. But I don’t even understand the point of your comment. Like, who are you making fun of? Nobody said he was going to play for a HOF QB.

I’ll take your word for it being verbatim. But your source is Adams clarifying that HoF to HoF would be an adjustment, therefore obviously it would be an adjustment to someone who really isn’t a HoF QB.

Your comment sounded like there were people pushing for Carr to be a HoF candidate so thanks for clarifying that’s not really the case.

“Any time you change quarterbacks from Hall of Famer to Hall of Famer, you go Stabler to Rich Gannon, it’s going to be a little bit of an adjustment,” Adams said. “Both are great players and great to be around.”

Every time Fields shows up on Red Zone, he looks absolutely terrible. Are there any signs of life from the Bears offense?

He didn’t have the first down. But I thought it was close enough they wouldn’t reverse it.

About fucking time they call Sauce for DPI. Every single highlight of his last year was blatant DPI

Someone who’s watching it, what is actually going on with Burrow? Is it him, or the team in general?
