Hi Sysadmin

we’re having a few users suddenly getting this popup when opening Onedrive app locally on their machine: “Because you’re accessing sensitive info, you need to verify your password”

When they enter their password it just loops. They can open other office apps without problems, and they can open all apps through office.com without the notification. In the log, there isn’t anything suspicious other than some failed logins from the user itself.

Have any of you seen this before?
