Just had this talk with my therapist yesterday. Feeling brief flashes of rage was my key indicator. Like, I was on my way home from the corner store and dropped a can of soup I bought. I got irrationally angry at… the universe I guess? And when discussing that I was like… yep guess I’m manic right now.

That’s at least my pattern.
I get ragey too. My indicator as well!
