If someone unironically uses a “test boob physics” button during character creation I think they should be dropped in a hole, not like a well or anything that would kill them, just deep enough to hurt and leave them covered in mud and dirt, having to crawl out of there like a worm.
I mean, I’m pretty sure that in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines you could make boobs so big that they’d crash the game… Also, it seemed like some of the male coded NPCs would be effected by the “make booba bigger” consodle code, which was kinda neat.

I don’t think there has ever existed a game with boob physics that added anything other than hornyness.
