They’re one of the bigger newish hardcore bands that have broken out into the mainstream for being different enough to be quite unique even among their peers.

I personally don’t like them, but I get the deal. The instrumentation mixed with Elliot Smith angst works in a neat way. Still, I like my hardcore a little more Swain and Joyce Manor and a little less Tropical Fuck Storm.
