Hmm, I find it slightly ironic that this article complains in the latter part about the degrowth ideology being falsely portrait as miniature size capitalism, yet the initial part of the article builds up a similar strawmen argument about socialists that are skeptical of the in essence conservative and privileged positioned arguments that underlines much of the degrowth movement.

One of the articles this is a “response” to actually has a quite more balanced view-point and is worth a read.
