Doesn’t that happen to everyone? I.e. if you’re above average in a measurable trait of a population, you can still be below average in an above-average subset of that population.
This fucks may fuck up your “identity” as you go up the specialization ladder in your career, because if you think you’re good at something, you’re very soon going to find yourself in the middle of people who are the same and only your secondary (and usually less polished) traits are going to come across to your peers. Then you leave and get a shock from everyone thinking you’re super weird. I’ve never been able to deal with these shocks :/
