Scrambled eggs, avocado, muesli, some season vegetales some nice juice and a coffee (mandatory to prepare on a Mocca) would make the trick. Simple and easy is best!

    Well now I’m even more hungry than before.

    I usually add Greek yoghurt to my porridge and its lovely with some real honey.

    I shall do some investigation!
