It seems he has part ownership of a few media companies which in turn own part of a holding company and are based on BVI and do/did business in Russia as well as Ukraine. No where are any values close to $1b exposed and the article even notes he passed legislation that if anything would make it even harder for oligarchs and international businesses alike to influence Ukraine…
