How long till someone gets run over?

    Remember the problem is the overpopulation of cars, not what is driving them. Switching a mediocre human driver for a top tier program driver will not result in more injuries.

      Possibly true, but when you do get run over, it will be significantly harder to get your American medical treatment compensated if a company’s bot did it instead of a human.

      But in an ideal world neither the bot nor human would have been driving a car in the first place, and the vehicle the bot would be driving is on tracks that are grade separated, making it almost impossible to run someone over.

        I mean if the justice system were even sort of just waymo would be held liable if that ever happens. I’m sure they won’t. But they should

    Waymo on Thursday said it has begun using its sixth-generation driverless system to provide robotaxi rides to employees on Ojai vehicles, which use a base model made by Chinese automaker Geely.

    i am also developing a self-driving vehicle and would like an electric BYD pls
