Frustrated TikTok users are migrating to UpScrolled amid privacy concerns and glitches following the app's US ownership shift to Oracle-led group.

Been hearing anecdotal reports on how quickly the TikTok algorithm is changing… who knows whether there is any validity to it (yet).
