Sounds like an easy first step. That shit gets tossed around way to easily. I had a lawsuit recently with an insurance company and its not a small matter. If I had to pay up front for my lawyer I am not sure I could have afforded it. He did right by me though and it was well worth the cut when we finally got some money.
