I think you misunderstood me. I am saying that china constrains themselves via UN law. The statement made is a declaration of sovereignty and a gentle threat, but it builds chinese action on a UN framework, just how the gaza resolution was done upon a UN framework and not vetoed by china & russia because of UN legal authorization of the PA and arab collaborator governments who use the UN to neutralize us imperialism in the region.
The other things you mention are entirely out of the scope of my comment. And I am not one of the “china & russia betrayed gaza” crowd. Because other middle eastern governments and of course the west first and foremost are faaaar more responsible if anything its more like “Kazakhstan, Egypt, Syria, UAE. Qatar, Morrocco and Saudi Arabia betrayed Gaza”
