UUUGGGGGHHH

I hate it.

Admittedly, I took 4 Tylenols (which you should never do so please think of your health and don’t do it) over the course of today till now.

I still feel something, especially where the shot was, and my head feels a bit light-headed and strange.

Don’t get me wrong: I’m glad I took it and I’m actually a bit proud that this may be my seventh shot so far (probably sixth, though).

But the first day? Yeah, not so good.

Problem is you can still get long covid even with booster shots…

My only advice is maybe don’t take any unnecessary additional medication like Tylenol immediately afterwards. Wait a day or two next time, even if your arm is a bit sore.

I don’t have a good medical reason, it’s just how i do things. I like to avoid taking pain medication if i can help it, and there are worse things than having a sore arm or mild flu like symptoms for a day or two, so i would just tough it out after i get a shot.

If i were to still have issues after a couple of days then i would reassess the situation, but so far that has not happened to me.
