Of course corporation do create artificial demands. People don’t just randomly want new clothes every week. They wanted because they have been bombarded with ads about it since their birth.

Did you understand the concept of spontaneous order?

They wanted because they have been bombarded with ads about it since their birth.

The goal of every ad is to associate their product and make you think about it when you have a need that can be satisfied by its use. The needs of each individual are originated mostly by the individual’s free will.

Although it’s true that ads can influence you in how you prioritize your needs, they can’t create artifical needs.

"The direction of all economic affairs is, in the market society, a task of the entrepreneurs. Theirs is the control of production. They are at the helm and steer the ship. A superficial observer would believe they are supreme. But they are not. They are bound to obey unconditionally the captain’s orders. The captain is the consumer. "
