    And yes. They were clearly justified. Our hindsight 20/20 only affirms those decisions made by the USSR

      What collaboration was happening during 1940? And how were they justified through actions of people almost entirely unassociated with any of the political organs?

        Its almost like the same people who did all the pogroms in 1941 were also in Lithuanian gvmt in 1940.
