Imagine bestowing your hat upon your progeny after stowing it away for 300+ million years. That’s devotion.

2·2 years agoReminds me of a conversation I had a decade ago about “reverse rape.” It’s just rape. Academic study of racism hasn’t made “power+prejudice” the de facto definition and, as a result, it’s ostensibly racist to say “white western take.” I say this, once again, while agreeing with you.

0·2 years agoIn a vacuum, absolutely. With human meddling inadvertently causing hotter, longer, broader, and more frequent fires, natural fires can cause a full or partial reset more frequently. Except in aus. Eucalyptus is future-proof. Just like politics, ecology finds people are the problem.

0·2 years agoPolitics is similar to the ecological structure and development of a forest. You begin with grasses which shield fledgling shrubs from the elements. The shrubs eventually push out the grass and make way for trees that push out the shrubs and then trees that push out the earlier trees. Then fire and flooding that brings you back to step 2.5. Focus on trees after you slit the stem of every single shrub and hope fire doesn’t set you back after.
Could be internal damage. At least, that was the case with my old phone.

15·2 years agoOff the top of my head, I can think of only a few instances where the company creating wholesale ecological disaster was sincerely in the dark. This should, in a reasonable world, considerably lower the bar for “beyond a reasonable doubt.“ It has not, therefore embrace absurdism.
Is soaking still a thing or can it only be found in memes nowadays?
Trees and algae have different utilities. Trees are beautiful, reduce temperature, offer shade, and produce a modest amount of oxygen. Algae tanks produce vastly more oxygen by volume and cause you to question whether it’s really enough to continue meandering through life in this stone and metal postmodern hellscape and maybe it’s okay to finally indulge in a vacation near open fields and untamed wilderness. The local camping spots might be available in a few weeks if my sanity can hold out. One doesn’t completely substitute the other.

RPGMemes @ttrpg.network•A downside of being a party of narcoleptic adventurers.
19·2 years agoRelatedly, “party is baffled when predatory animal becomes feared and flees at 1/2 HP.” I mean, the dire wolves weren’t attacking for fun, they were looking for a meal and found ostensibly snack-shaped things. If you want the pelts, make certain they can’t escape. Sentinel, nets, Entangle, etc…
The crit line seems a bit hasty. Enhanced crit ranges exist on several monsters, and that makes this magic item even less worth using. Preparing for a particularly powerful foe by bringing your uncanny AC to what you expect to be a 19 on the die is the best use I can find. However, “this does not negate natural 20s” is very fair.
I’m open to new political opinions, just not regressing through yours.
I’m positive that this comment will help me find more users who stray from your echo chamber. Keep ‘em coming.
I wish I didn’t have to individually block lemmygrad accounts- it’s my only issue with kbin.social. Still love you, Ernest.

It’s my gods given right to bend the rules until they tell me otherwise! How Crawford hasn’t errata’d this away with an incredibly simple clarification of “items can’t be transferred between more than 3 people per round of combat” is beyond me. Not to mention the innumerable chances for the DM to say “no” before you gather 6k+ peasants. The line existing presupposes quite a bit.

I think I’m just gonna leave you be, internet stranger. Good luck with… whatever this was meant to be.
