They got tiny clothes so you can watch ten times more than adult in a single load but it’s soul destroying to spend 20 minutes afterwards purely hanging up a thousand tiny socks and pants. Feels like it never ends.

I can wash clothes just fine; all I have to do is gather them up and throw them in the washer. It’s folding that’s the big problem. We’re basically living out of laundry baskets at this point.

As crazy as it sounds… just stop folding stuff. Sort it by type and throw each type in a drawer. It takes less than 5 minutes usually and it takes all of the dread out for me

I have multiple kids. Can confirm house is filled with more laundry than any other item. It is mostly all ready for washing 🤦‍♂️

I’m in charge of laundry chores which means I’m in charge eof making the rules. And I agree. Or else you are handwashing it yourself if you buy it.

Pro tip: at the end of the day chuck your kids, clothes and all, into the dishwasher

I’m debating getting a small dresser for the main level since this is where we spend the most time anyways. We can all just live out of it and pretend we’re organized.

Very true. Our first floor is a laundry area - as in it just laying there out of sight 👋🏻

I thought I was doing okay until we needed to unhook the washer to access the burst AC drain pipe and now cant use it until the water damage is handled. 🙃

Water damage survivor here, the fear is worse than the experience. I just called the insurance company and they walked me through everything. Turned out to be a breeze.

We went a month without a dishwasher while fighting hammerbarn about a warranty/repair/return. All while dealing with a baby. It was an actual nightmare. It’s hard to appreciate how much time a dishwasher saves until you don’t have one.
