The lion model will be the same, it just won’t come with bladeguard veterans which you may or may not need for your army. Either way you can buy them separately.

Yeah having that on the same sprue as the skorpekh lord, plasmancer, and crytothralls is annoying. I guess it was cheaper for GW to do that when the released the Indomitus box, but it feels like they should have just had them on separate sprues from the start so we wouldn’t then have this situation.
