Auto import your resume, fills in 2 fields then forces you to retype your entire resume in the web app.

Times out while importing your CV, blanks all the fields and makes you redo it all from start.

And if you go back one step for edits and changes by any method other than completing the entire resume and then following the review button on the last page before submitting it, it erases everything you’ve done and throws an error if you try to do it again for the next 72 hours.

HR generally doesn’t look at the form text because the website they view it on sucks balls, so they end up asking for an attachment or paper copy.

I wanted to take 2 classes at a cc to qualify for a program at work. I have multiple degrees. It’s a 200 dollar and 100 hour commitment for six months to give me a 15k raise.

I tried to apply through this new and improved portal and it would not let me. I had three separate it people help me. No browser or device or cookie setting would allow me to apply.

After a week someone very competent called me to solve the issue. Apparently my name is so common that on the initial account creation check to see if I’ve already registered an account didn’t have enough unique information to differentiate me from other students.
