The meltdown from the users is hilarious. I swear sports subs and gaming subs have the most basic removed as users

Disappointing news, but understandable. People hate change.

I hope we can make this place active as I fear things over on Reddit are about to get a lot worse on July 1.

If you want to keep the subreddit on topic but reduce its scope then you could make it so that only official GGG news can be posted there.

It would completely kill it in the off season and muffle a lot of the hype in peak season. It might even be beneficial for GGG since there wouldn’t be massively upvoted flame threads anymore.

r/pathofexile has been dog shit for years. I am looking forward to being part of this community, and enjoying it focused more on simply shitting on GGG

I will miss build ideas preparing for new leagues since im to dumb to create anything myself (this has been proven, many times). But thats about it, lets hope they find their way here or to the builds magazine as well

Yeah, here’s hoping that this ends up being closer to /r/PathOfExileBuilds just with extra content on the side. The biggest question is whether the people who collect data and do the real legwork will switch over or not.
