If AI is used as a tool just like CGI or practical effects, I think it would be a great addition. If it’s used to try and replace traditional filmmaking or animation altogether, that’s just garbage.
Maybe they can use AI to replace Jar Jar Binks in the prequels.
Jar Jar is the key to all of this, he’s a funnier character than what we’ve had before
He would know, he jump started the technological enshittification of mainstream film. Maybe having your actors talk to nothing on a green sound stage while you watch them on monitors from your comfy chair wasn’t a good road to go down after all.
