Im reaching out here because I’m facing a bit of a problem with Sway on my Linux setup and I’m hoping someone might be able to lend a hand or offer some insight.

I recently decided to give Sway a try as an alternative to a traditional desktop environment, and I’ve been really excited about the prospect of a more lightweight and efficient workflow. However, after launching Sway, I encountered an errors that’s got me a bit stumped.

I installed Sway along with all the necessary dependencies according to the instructions provided here, and when it starts up, I got an errors which I see when do poweroff and it shows the shell, like in picture above.

I’ve tried Googling the error, but I haven’t been able to find a solution that works for me.

I’m running Alpine Linux v3.19 on Intel Pentium II. I’ve also made sure that I have all the required packages installed and that my system is up to date.

If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has ideas on how to troubleshoot and fix this error, I would really appreciate any help or guidance you can provide. Sway seems like an awesome window manager, and I’d love to get it up and running smoothly.
