I keep seeing something super uncanny about some of the faces (especially omega’s) and sometimes characters have blocky/chunky movement that nags at me
I do enjoy the action animation though
The explosions and far-away visuals look nice.

Do I need to watch clone wars to get most out of bad batch =? Or is a online recap enough ? (I obviously watched all the Star Wars movies)
You don’t need to watch the Clone Wars, but if you want a “historic” introduction to the Bad Batch, you can watch The Clone Wars Season 7, Episode 1-4, which is all about them.
In fact, episode 1 is called “The Bad Batch”.
