Extremely unprofessional of cloud flare.

You’re being fired for doing bad work but we don’t actually know how it was measured, and you’re being given no ability to correct it, because we’re lying to make it seem like this isn’t a layoff and save on unemployment/severance.

She lost me at “my whole life is ruined”. Such a snowflake, like many, makes hr being unable to talk directly, they are doing their best already and she is just stuck like her questions are going to change the fact she is let go.

Having tiktok acc alone is a good enough indication she is lacking critical thinking.
