- Dilute the spiciness with more non-spicy ingredients.
- Add dairy (milk, yoghurt, sour cream) or coconut milk.
- Add Acid (citrus, vinegar, ketchup)
- Add a sweetener
- Add a spoonful of nut butter
- Serve with a bland starchy food (Rice, Pasta, Potatoes)
