This is a nice, light, summer-y drink, by Jörg Krause.

  • 2 oz Nonino Quintessentia Amaro
  • 1 ½ oz grapefruit juice
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • 1 splash club soda
  • 1 slice grapefruit

Build the drink over ice in a glass, stir, and decorate with the grapefruit slice.

    Looks super refreshing. Quintessentia is my favorite amaro… I’ll definitely have to try this.
