If you were really concerned about your nurses, you’d give them safe staffing ratios, better pay, more time off. When in reality, you’re being deliberately cruel in order to force your employees to continue working in inhumane conditions - a situation that not only deeply affects their quality of life, but also directly affects the quality of healthcare you’re able to provide your customers: you’re deliberately providing a shitty experience to your workers so that you can deliberately provide a shitty experience to your customers.
