I kept reading hoping we’d get to “2 FLIGHTS IN A WALK UP BUILDING” and then 1 flight.

Reminds me of when I was using that site. Guy had a 2 BR 1 bath up and I drove by to go look at it. There was already someone living in it who had just signed a lease the week before. Gotta love scammers

So after looking at this apartment, I scrolled down… and there was another studio apartment that had already been rented in the same building… that ALSO has a bathtub in the kitchen. I’m sensing a pattern here… hehe

I rent a 3-storey house on 2 acres of land with a barn and 2 sheds for 1/3 of that price.
And I’m pretty sure one of my sheds is larger than that studio.

Eh, it depends on priorities. I can tell you that studio is within two minutes walking of about half a dozen different ethnicities for cuisines (many of them cheap and excellent), spread over more dining establishments than are within 50 miles of you. It’s also about 20 minutes travel time to world class theater and museums.

Obviously I don’t live in NYC.
But I live in a metropolitan area with 2.4 million people and can reach one of Germany’s most prestigious theaters (which is older than the United States) in 30 minutes.
        It’s big enough for me.

Some people are way too into their shower beers. You really don’t need to move the tub next to the fridge. Time to stage an intervention.
