I wonder how this will affect Dual Connect or multiple SIM options?

I have 3 eSIMs registered on my Pixel 7 Pro at the moment, works fine.

Just keep in mind that most phones only support at most two lines to be active at the same time.

But you can store as many eSIMs as you want* and toggle them on/off according to your needs.

      • quite sure there’s a limit but it should be high enough to be irrelevant for most users

I’ve got a P7 pro but with only one line, if you have multiple esims can you have two lines without a physical SIM or are one of them required to be physical?

You can have two active eSIMs and an empty physical slot. You’ll get both lines active at the same time.

The gist of it is, TWO active lines (at most) at the same time. You can mix and match eSIMs with physical ones any way you want.

Okay that’s good to know that phones can support multiple esims. Thanks for letting me know.
