So I listened through thinking there’d at least be some representation of the Guitar (and Sax) solos … maybe not as actual guitar solos, but something that takes up that same space even if keeping with the vibe of the rendition (I didn’t listen to every secondn of the song, so there’s a chance I did miss something).

That there was no such thing, I feel, tells me everything I need know about this work. Roger doesn’t think so much of those guitar solos, or something. That’s fine. I on the other hand think the fucking world of David’s guitar work.
