It’s a simple recipe that I have simplified.

  • Fry the chicken
  • Add garlic and let it dry for a bit
  • Add stock
  • Add a tin of Campbell’s condensed mushroom soup
  • Add the thyme and tarragon (I just used the dried stuff
  • Tip in a bunch of frozen mushrooms
  • For an added vegetable, I tip in some frozen sweetcorn
  • Want more veg? Do green beans on the side

Serve with brown rice if you want some more carbs with that.
