A semi-nomadic online traveller from Verdigris, archiving, connecting and creating as much as he can.
Also a budding architect, visual artist, and demoscene musician at heart.
You can also see me down Masto-raft at @jupritona, and Fanlore (JWPH) and Newgrounds (that1verdeian).

Do they whistle around and call friends when in battle?
That alone made me call to mind this rather poignant and moving Dream SMP fansong called “Vantage” by Halfy & Winks (and also a few hundred more teenage and adult musicians and choir tryouts), of which its lyrics could also apply to what’s happening to us, not just in Gaza, but also in Ukraine, and in South Sudan, etc…
Vaguely, just like Basil and Sunny from the psych-horror RPG OMORI, even if it takes a lot of time.
And that’s quite enough to make Morigen (who, by the way, is the deity of the sun, leadership, and power in Rajarin’s story Welcome to the New Age) seer in absolute greed and anger.
And maybe, an endurance showdown?
Hey there, also calling back from kbin.social as some of the commenters in this mini-raft.
Although most of the politics posts can be a bit of an eyesore to most of us here, I found comfort in this instance, even going so far as to establish some new mags for my ephemeral interests, one for the musico-archivist Derivakat herself, of which I have grown tired of continually building as my college era began to set in, up until this point.
As for private small-group convos, I’m also mulling moving on to revolt.chat along with a few others in my own Discord server if ever its fires start blazing forth.
Although I’m not in any way aware or alive when that was happening back then - that “.com bubble” blast I think? - I surmise that was a real crash-and-burn phenomenon, McKinstry’s “CR6” internet show being one of its casualties, despite its significance in online emergent media history.
Most often, coffee (brewed or flavored) is a person’s best drank companion, although they can settle for chocolate or tea if they find it too controlling, especially in their sleeping hours, autistic people included.
Remember that one chubbyemu video wherein a then graduating medical college student was rushed to the hospital because his 2 gallon-intake of brewed coffee arguably made his kidneys and heart uncontrollably scramble for dear life, and let out too much sweat?
For me, my expertise would center around one or two interests at one time, depending on the context: music, writing, architecture, history, visual arts, and most of all, fan fiction.
I concur, too. So far, I have conquered said dungeon with at least 3 character types in 6 differing runs; the most fun I had fun so far was the Huntress herself, for in one of those winning run, I chose the Warden’s path, coupled with the Nature’s Wrath armor upgrade. It made most of the lower levels bloom in grass and all sorts of seeds that probably upped my farming time by a couple of turns.
Such a badass force-of-nature run that was.
Also, Sprouted PD has a sublevel every 5th or 6th where it’s all hidden forest and mobs.
Just like the eventual rapid fall of L’manberg, albeit not as fast as a series of TNT and wither bombardments…
As it is always said, “everyone is an equal, unconditionally”. No ifs, nor buts.
Also, in other words, that’s calling to mind the mechanic seen in the Swiftthistle plant and Timekeeper’s Hourglass artifact in Shattered Pixel Dungeon, although not to the same level of absurdity as that one.
Seems quite extensive, but… do I place some and/or all of it on the “My rules” or “My filters” tab on uBlock?
Even to those who don’t have their fathers anymore, like mine, due to incurable disease or sudden accidents?
For me, it’s going to be r/SkyGame (the game itself speaks of humanity at its best, coupled with scenescapes and moments that will leave you agape in awe and pain), r/HFY (astounding, original stories and serials about humanity at its best, even through moments of suffering within the wider multiverse), and r/FilipinoHistory (an intelligently-enough discourse space for all things Philippine history, culture, and society as a whole).
Down the chats of the official Fanlore discord server lately (of which I have been in for the past few months), they’ve been discussing this kind of transgression alongside the HP fanfic debacle (specifically, the Manacled one, of which upon its reworked professional release by its fanfic author gained enough controversy within and outside the fandom that it warranted for a wiki article on its own).
Also, one editor has suggested using “illegal fic binding” in place of the term "illegal “fanbinding” as the latter connotes the non-profit work with a for-profit tone in a negative way. Another has noted that het (in other words, F/M) fanfics sell much more than other pairing-centered ones, and attract more outsiders willing to buy that much for an illegal fic-binded copy, in disrespect to those original authors; throw the franchise copyright shenanigans in, and there we have the entire panfandom world at a crossroads battlefield against those recklessly profiteering for the sake of it.
Also, as a side note, there’s also this recently-created wiki article section about said fannish controversy:
