May I ask which extension you are using?

Makes it even better that I’m on mobile so the text wrapped half way through a word.
I can see the dots on Connect.
Slayer - Raining Blood
But I thought we were supposed to give out knuckle sandwiches?
True…
This is messed up. It’s like something out of a sci-fi horror film. Have to hope no one is stupid enough to put a computer chip in their brains.
As many others have said, it’s only natural for the trends to plateau. After a sudden surge of users, due to the Reddit controversy, some of the less “devoted” (can’t think of the best word) are bound to leave in search of a more user-friendly experience or a community with more active users. I too, also wish that some of the more niche communities had more active users, however I also understand that these things take time and A LOT more users. For that reason and for the sake of a freer internet, I reckon I’m in for the long haul. I’m also trying to contribute as much as I can with the limited time I have. I think people need to understand that because we aren’t the product/customer anymore, we need to help to contribute content and help the build new communities.
It’s annoying that most things are behind a subscription now. Who wants more bills, surely everyone would rather save up money and pay outright? Then I suppose the companies would make less money smh. Hopefully subscriptions don’t become more popular to the point where you can’t own anything or at least hold a permanent license.
The only issues I had with dual booting is an out of sync clock (due to Windows using local time), and Windows wiped one of my Linux drives (I installed Windows second, so unplug any unused drives before installing Windows). The last issue I am still unsure what caused it, however I remember installing Windows and the next time I use Linux the drive is empty.
Precisely.
It already did this, I’m guessing based on subscriptions or something, but as others have mentioned they probably have my history anyway. It’s honestly less about the fact that I can’t get recommendations and more about the fact that they are trying to force people to turn on history. But tbh even without this I am happy to have found a federated version similar to Lemmy.
I am also very worried about the privacy implications of storing these tokens (as mentioned in the post).
That’s a good point, didn’t think of that.
This could apply to looking after your bicycle if there is no where to lock it up, e.g. front of small store.
I am so happy with my new keyboard in every way apart from the fact that the num pad light etc. is blue and SO BRIGHT to the point where it is almost blinding to look at directly from above, and it lights up my ceiling blue at night, like pointing a torch. I guess it’s a sign of quality or whatever but I think it is a tad unnecessary to be that bright. I may end up covering it with a few layers of transparent/tinted tape.
Hopefully this appears on Lemmy.
Ik what you mean, it’s just annoying to see all the review sections/ question sections filled with useless garbage.
I’m getting sick of all the copypasta and joke reviews like “no one’s probably going to see this so I’ll just say I’m gay.” There is no way people find all these overused memes funny or the ASCII art.
Thanks.
