Officers eat Troi cake and Sigmund Freud tells Data to kill everyone.
Well the wing’s not supposed to fall off. Maybe it was flying outside the environment?
I’m a developer, and WooCommerce, in my opinion, is pretty great. Just like Wordpress, if you look at it more like a development framework, is pretty flexible on what it can do. If you’re not a developer and don’t want to touch code, just buy the plugins you need and go from there. Pretty nice compromise tool between flexibility and ease, although if you have a really tiny budget, the plugins can add up.
Well, the tire’s not supposed to fall off.
I don’t think cheeseburgers are kosher.
Have read Snow Crash more than once, but hadn’t heard of that New Yorker article. A+++. Loved that he had to put a quarter in everything.
The article said it well - why do we consider a slight decline in population of any country right now a horrible thing? The planet needs it.
No one wants a hug from Alexander. He was thinking of Troi. Possibly Gowron.
Chevy seems to be offering a $0 cost installation of a level 2 charger if you buy OR lease a Bolt or Bolt EUV: https://www.chevrolet.com/electric/ev-charging/home-charging/installation
But I already got my below-inflation salary bump, and a couple weeks ago I got a “kudos” in our staff meeting. Can… I get another below-inflation salary bump?
The pandemic handed us all a super easy win on doing something about climate change by forcing a large chunk of us to (temporarily, it seems) stop sitting in our cars twice a day. Instant reduction in the amount of CO2 we’re producing. It’s not 100% of the solution, but it’s not nothing, and a year in, most of us had adapted just fine (I’d argue, most who could WFH, prospered, seeing a lot more benefit than negative).
But nah - let’s get back in our cars, waste time at the beginning and end of every day, spend more money on coffees and lunch, and breathe in the cubicle goodness because, fuck it - that’s the way we’ve always done it.
I used Cloudflare for other things, but looks like I can’t use their registrar services unless I use a “full setup” (explained here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/registrar/get-started/transfer-domain-to-cloudflare/). We have quite a few domains that point to our organization’s name servers. Have you used outside name servers with Cloudflare before?
Why are we still posting screencaptures of stuff from Twitter/not-X/Twitter?
That would mean I’d need to run a web server at that location, which I’m trying to avoid. I have the background to do that but want low/no maintenance and minimal fuss - administering a server is more than I want to do for this project.
I think wyze forces you to use their apps to view streams, but perhaps I’ve missed something there?
EDIT: Looks like it does support RTSP, but only accessible from a local computer (so I’d need to have a machine on that network that then restreams that out somewhere): https://support.wyze.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051619871-Does-Wyze-Cam-v3-support-RTSP-
Yeah - putting it behind a proxy or restreaming it from something else would be perfectly fine, but I’m trying to figure out which combination of hardware would get me to that point. So far, it seems like most solutions would involve having to have a dedicated computer running at that location to handle some of the aspects of the whole setup.
Yeah - that’s something I’d be comfortable running at home, but it would be best if this was easy to support by any random human (have a lot of older folks in the club that aren’t super technologically-minded).
Does that variant have the big guns that shoot the 5G mind control beams?
