It’s pretty funny. I wouldn’t go in expecting historical accuracy or deep thought about Stalin/the USSR’s role in history. It’s more a dark comedy about the inanity and at the same time absolute cruelty of inner circle politics at the heights of power. Also Zhukov’s great in it
