I gave my son a copy of the Choose Your Own Adventure about the UFOs for Christmas a couple years ago. It’s the one with the impossible ending. The only way to get the good ending is to cheat and flip to it.
I also wrote a hidden message in the picture in the hidden ending. He still hasn’t found it.

For a large chunk of my career, I worked in aerospace and ‘defense’ machining. Made all kinds parts for all kinds of weapons, it was really cool! Murica! As I got older, I lost my religion, I lost the far right brainwashing I was raised with.
My hands were making weapons that the US government was often selling to other countries. My hands were making weapons to kill various groups of brown people all over the world. It really began to bother me.
I no longer make things to kill people.

I’ve got a bunch of horror stories that take some detail to explain, but I remember a couple moments of shock in particular.
Was actually a Methodist service, Easter Sunday. it was when they cut a baby lamb’s throat and it bled. It was great special effects with a real lamb but children started crying.
Also, the time we all went to see Passion of the Christ, 9:00 or 10:00pm showing. There was a mother smacking the shit out of her toddler for crying when the torture started. I’m a different person now and would put a stop to something like that now.
This sounds like excellent advice. I don’t even have a small tractor yet. Before steers, I’m going to have to string new fence. Next spring, if I’m lucky and have worked real hard, I’ll be getting a bottle calve or two.
Did find a cinder block shed with a good roof that wasn’t even listed. Has a loading ramp for a pickup. I’m real tempted to just outsource it.

I can confidently say that I have never raped an animal.
My housecat engages in a lot of torture, but she’s a damned good mouser. I put a stop to the torture when I catch it. I don’t allow my cats outside because they’re so bad on native wildlife, especially ground nesting birds. Cats are obligate predators. I kill cats if I find them in the woods as they are now varmints.
I’m an omnivore, and am at peace with that. I strive to kill in a manner that I find ethical. I kill critters to eat them, varmints to restore balance. I’ll eat the varmints if I can.
I live in the real world.
I actually respect vegans that are vegan to prevent the suffering of animals.
I get it. Grew up farming. Chicken houses are an industrial horror machine.
We’ve recently bought a play farm and hope to raise or hunt all our meat. Only the slaughter and butchering of steers will be outsourced. Takes some serious equipment to handle an animal that large.
I’m an omnivore by evolution and enjoy meat and hunting. I’m always a little sad when I kill something, however. I figure that sadness means I’m human and is a good thing. When I eat meat from something I killed, it means more. There is a lot of respect involved in it as well something like religion.
If more people had to kill their meat, we would probably live in a very different world and there would be a lot more vegans.

Dikes or pair of dikes also refers to diagonal cutters. (Look like pliers with blades instead of jaws at the end) They are used for cutting sheet metal, also, wire cutters are also called dikes. Can also be used as a verb: Dike off the corner of that piece of steel, or, dike out that part of the circuit.

The majority of pumps in my area play ads. Some of the pumps can’t be muted. For those, press the top left and right buttons, then next two down, then the next two and it throws it into maintenance mode. That shuts off the speaker.
I had to stop watching it for the same reason.

Star Trek: 25th Anniversary on DOS and Gameboy. DOS version was superior even though my mother threw away the manual in a move. I had to figure out the system locations by randomly going to all of them.

I’m probably, mostly, behind my eyes, inside my head.
In moments of adrenaline and action, I’m in my chest or gut. Sometime hands, especially when doing delicate or involved work. Sometimes legs or arms when laboring.
In times of pain, I’m often at the focus of the pain until I work and ignore the physical and go somewhere deep inside that doesn’t hurt so much. Usually, a good memory or fantasy.

I see two ureters running from the kidneys to the bladder, one ureter cut, bladder pushed to right side. Urethra runs from bladder on top of vagina. Some dissection knowledge present.
Vulva and pubic mound are present, if not terribly well drawn. There may be some influence of vulva as a mouth.
Ovaries are present as is uterus. Muscular nature of uterus is shown along with fetus.
Clitoris seems to be missing.
There are extra pipes all over, with some going to the wrong locations, and things seem to be linked to the liver. The liver being involved is likely due to whatever medical theories were prevalent at the time, humors maybe.
I would assume that the artist likely took a lot of inspiration from animal entrails.
Ignorance isn’t the same as stupid. Looks like a lot of thought was put into it. I would view this more as an early map than as an attempt at realism.
