While I disagree that it was “deceived” by Stalin, I think more so it’s a representation of the national spirit at the time. Communism and their religious origin both failed to the common person at the time, leaving them with cold-hard capitalist reality and a tragic legacy even though we know it was ultimately an internal betrayal and organized coup.
