It’s fine I think. My employer uses it and it seems to function okay. Personally I think it’s a bad idea to use email for sensitive communication anyway regardless of whatever the provider claims. Much better to use Signal or Matrix for that kind of stuff and use email only for what you have to use your email. And you can use PGP to encrypt your messages too.
