Sisko was a great depiction of a wartime leader.
He did not fuck around, 10/10 would want him in my corner to defend AES.

DS9 is incredibly good, the characters are wonderful and it has more moral dilemmas, since much of the show was about defending a precariously positioned space station in the middle of a massive intergalactic war.
I love both shows and couldn’t choose between them, but trust me watch DS9.
DS9 is the only Star Trek I finished so far, I think its much better than TNG or Voyager, got bored by them after a couple seasons.
The sisko is necessary.
